This role is based in Ghaziabad, UP, India.

Responsibilities:

Manage I H S operations at the Delivery Station, support performance management, and drive operational plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Account Identification & Acquisition: Market mapping and onboarding new accounts.
• Account Management: Drive growth of Channel partners/stores’ business with Amazon.
• Field Visits: Conduct regular visits to stores.
• Training: Deliver training on Amazon processes and products.
• Reporting: Maintain routine performance reporting and recommendations.
• Team Management: Build and manage a multi-layer team.
• Operational Support: Handle day-to-day escalations and improve operational aspects.

Basic Qualifications:

• 1+ years of sales experience
• Bachelor's degree

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years of sales experience
