Manage I H S operations at the Delivery Station, support performance management, and drive operational plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Identification & Acquisition: Market mapping and onboarding new accounts.
- Account Management: Drive growth of Channel partners/stores’ business with Amazon.
- Field Visits: Conduct regular visits to stores.
- Training: Deliver training on Amazon processes and products.
- Reporting: Maintain routine performance reporting and recommendations.
- Team Management: Build and manage a multi-layer team.
- Operational Support: Handle day-to-day escalations and improve operational aspects.
Basic Qualifications:
- 1+ years of sales experience
- Bachelor's degree
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of sales experience
