Team Lead, Supply Chain/Transportation Management

This role is based in Hyderabad, TS, India.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver training and coaching on Amazon processes and operating models.
• Maintain and publish routine performance reports.
• Manage a multi-layer team and drive performance through coaching.
• Handle day-to-day operational escalations.
• Support station operations and customer deliveries.

Basic Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree.
