$128,400 - $236,700/year

Responsibilities:

  • Drive ramp readiness with engineering, operations, and OEM teams.
  • Plan capacity and lead factory equipment budget.
  • Handle component readiness to ensure part availability, quality, and cost.
  • Communicate requirements and schedules to facilitate technical readiness with supply chain teams.
  • Influence product manufacturability, testability, and supply chain responsiveness.
  • Lead communications through the organization, raising key issues with executive teams.
  • Travel 20-25%.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, process engineering, or product development.
  • Bachelors in engineering field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Results-oriented with keen attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to present to management.
  • Technical expertise and prior OEM management experience.
  • Experience with AI/ML, Machine Learning, LLM, robotic process automation, or quantum computing is preferred.
  • Masters or MBA are considered a plus.
