Recruiting Technology Program Manager

This role is based in Beaverton, Oregon.
Responsibilities:
- Drive large scale transformational initiatives for the global recruiting organization.
- Serve as a business architect for recruiting processes, transitioning to a cohesive operating model.
- Facilitate workshops with senior leaders to drive alignment and decisions.
- Translate business challenges into scalable process designs.
- Collaborate with the Recruiting Technology product team to inform business process decisions.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in recruiting operations, process excellence, or large-scale program management.
- Experience building a Recruiting Center of Excellence or similar governance program.
- Expert-level facilitation and influencing skills.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to define problems.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience leading transitions to enterprise SaaS solutions.
- Background in supply chain or logistics for process optimization.
