This role is based in Beaverton, Oregon.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive large scale transformational initiatives for the global recruiting organization.
  • Serve as a business architect for recruiting processes, transitioning to a cohesive operating model.
  • Facilitate workshops with senior leaders to drive alignment and decisions.
  • Translate business challenges into scalable process designs.
  • Collaborate with the Recruiting Technology product team to inform business process decisions.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in recruiting operations, process excellence, or large-scale program management.
  • Experience building a Recruiting Center of Excellence or similar governance program.
  • Expert-level facilitation and influencing skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to define problems.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience leading transitions to enterprise SaaS solutions.
  • Background in supply chain or logistics for process optimization.
