Responsibilities:

  • Shape and drive large scale transformational initiatives for the global recruiting organization.
  • Serve as a business architect for Apple's global recruiting processes.
  • Facilitate workshops with senior leaders to drive alignment.
  • Translate complex challenges into streamlined process designs.
  • Partner with the Recruiting Technology product team for process decision-making.
  • Define and analyze KPIs to measure process efficiency.
  • Identify and map dependencies for smooth implementation of changes.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in recruiting operations, process excellence, or program management.
  • Experience building a Recruiting Center of Excellence.
  • Expert-level facilitation and influencing skills.
  • Deep expertise in business process architecture.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience transitioning recruiting organizations to enterprise SaaS solutions.
  • Background in supply chain or logistics for process optimization.
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships across teams.
