Summary:
As a Recruiting Technology Program Manager, you will architect and lead the transformation of recruiting processes, ensuring alignment and optimization across a global organization.
Responsibilities:
- Drive large-scale transformational initiatives for the global recruiting organization.
- Serve as a business architect for recruiting processes, transitioning to a cohesive operating model.
- Facilitate workshops with senior leaders to align on decisions.
- Translate business challenges into scalable process designs.
- Partner with Recruiting Technology teams to inform business process decisions.
- Define and analyze KPIs to measure process efficiencies.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years in recruiting operations, process excellence, or program management.
- Experience building a Recruiting Center of Excellence.
- Expert facilitation and influencing skills.
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making.
