Creative Marketing Manager, AI

This role is based in Gurugram, Haryana, India.
Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of key AI projects, from pioneering 0-to-1 concepts to delivering strategic milestones and achieving business goals.
- Manage creative development pipelines, steering collaborations between internal marketing teams and external agencies to produce exceptional campaign assets.
- Leverage AI to ideate, develop, and scale marketing content, directing agency partners and vendor teams to accelerate go-to-market execution.
- Advocate the internal adoption of our AI tool portfolio by creating best practices, playbooks, and compelling use cases that empower marketing and product teams to innovate.
- Write case studies and thought leadership content that showcases India Marketing's AI successes, establishing our position as an industry pioneer and shaping the future of AI in marketing.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience working in a creative discipline (e.g., writing, filmmaking, video editing, design, art direction, photography, etc.).
- A portfolio of creative work displaying experience in (Brand, Interactive, Conceptual, Experiential, or Technology) design.
Preferred qualifications:
- 8 years of experience in brand marketing, creative agency ecosystem.
- Experience with AI tools for marketing and creative judgment.
- Experience working cross-functionally with creative teams, agencies, TVCs, and external stakeholders.
- Excellent program management skills.
