Senior Technical Program Manager, Supply Chain Planning

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the holistic portfolio management process for ASCII (Alphabet Supply Chain Intelligence and Innovation), defining and managing the intake, prioritization, and resource allocation for all engineering initiatives.
  • Establish and manage a reporting framework, creating dashboards and metrics to provide leadership with clear visibility into program status, engineering health, and overall portfolio performance.
  • Lead initiatives to standardize, automate, and continuously improve the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) across the ASCII organization.
  • Own the portfolio of engineering tools, partnering with engineering to drive the evaluation, implementation, and integration of new tools.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in program management.
  • Experience with resource planning, inventory planning, or supply chain planning.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with the software development lifecycle (SDLC), agile methodologies, CI/CD, and engineering productivity metrics.
  • Experience in both redesigning processes and deploying supporting automation.
  • Experience in managing cross-functional technical programs from initiation to completion.
  • Outstanding executive presence and ability to influence executive stakeholders.
