Senior Technical Program Manager, Supply Chain Planning

This role is based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the holistic portfolio management process for ASCII (Alphabet Supply Chain Intelligence and Innovation), defining and managing the intake, prioritization, and resource allocation for all engineering initiatives.
- Establish and manage a reporting framework, creating dashboards and metrics to provide leadership with clear visibility into program status, engineering health, and overall portfolio performance.
- Lead initiatives to standardize, automate, and continuously improve the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) across the ASCII organization.
- Own the portfolio of engineering tools, partnering with engineering to drive the evaluation, implementation, and integration of new tools.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in program management.
- Experience with resource planning, inventory planning, or supply chain planning.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with the software development lifecycle (SDLC), agile methodologies, CI/CD, and engineering productivity metrics.
- Experience in both redesigning processes and deploying supporting automation.
- Experience in managing cross-functional technical programs from initiation to completion.
- Outstanding executive presence and ability to influence executive stakeholders.
