Staff UX Designer, Time Management AI

This role is based in Zürich, Switzerland.
Responsibilities:
- Lead projects focused on new product ideas and AI opportunities within Time Management, Calendar and Tasks.
- Partner with User Experience Research, Product Management, and Engineering to craft and execute AI products.
- Own the experience of shipping new AI features and collaborate with teams across Time Management UX and Workspace.
- Influence executive leaders and cross-functional partners to ship impactful features.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in product design or UX.
- Experience designing across multiple platforms and creating user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Portfolio highlighting multiple projects and contributions.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in a related field.
- Experience in marketing design or branding strategy.
- Excellent communication skills.
