Responsibilities:
- Design and implement new processes, and facilitate scaling for program teams.
- Act as a change advocate, initiating and leading multiple organizations through necessary pivots.
- Define project/program success criteria and establish measurable milestones.
- Foster alignment among stakeholders and provide regular updates.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program management.
- Experience with change management or supply chain management.
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional projects.
- Experience in supply chain operations and software architecture.
- Excellent communication skills.
