Benefit Operations Program Manager, International (12 months contract)

This role is based in Dublin, Ireland.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and optimize end-to-end service delivery processes for employee benefits.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve operational workflows and policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex service issues.
- Monitor service metrics and report on performance to leadership.
- Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution of employee queries.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on benefits programs.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and Meta policies.
- Advise employees and managers on benefits options and processes.
- Stay abreast of market trends and regulatory changes in the benefits landscape.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum 8 years of operational experience in People Operations or Service Delivery.
- Demonstrated success in leading service delivery programs.
- Experience with benefits administration in EMEA is advantageous.
- Proven analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience designing and managing end-to-end service delivery processes.
- Understanding of EMEA benefits programs and regulatory requirements.
- Skilled at cross-functional collaboration and relationship building.
- Proven analytical and strategic problem-solving skills.
- Experience leading change initiatives and managing stakeholder expectations.
