Compensation:

$152,000/year to $213,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Apply analytical rigor and audience understanding to develop effective marketing plans.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Product Management, Sales, and Insights to translate business objectives into marketing strategy.
  • Deliver cross-channel marketing programs including strategy, execution, optimization, analysis, and reporting.
  • Develop an understanding of audience personas and behaviors across products.
  • Create innovative briefs to reach target audiences and achieve business goals.
  • Partner with various teams to identify opportunities for integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Track campaign performance and provide data-backed insights for optimization.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in managing large scale consumer campaigns.
  • Understanding of consumer dynamics and experience utilizing research for actionable insights.
  • Experience working with media and creative agencies.
  • Proven ability to build collaborative partnerships across teams.
  • Experience in consumer product categories such as technology and wearables.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience driving customer acquisition and revenue growth through media strategies.
  • Experience with developing or emerging brands with multiple products.
  • E-commerce and retail experience in consumer electronics.
