Compensation:
$152,000/year to $213,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Apply analytical rigor and audience understanding to develop effective marketing plans.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing, Product Management, Sales, and Insights to translate business objectives into marketing strategy.
- Deliver cross-channel marketing programs including strategy, execution, optimization, analysis, and reporting.
- Develop an understanding of audience personas and behaviors across products.
- Create innovative briefs to reach target audiences and achieve business goals.
- Partner with various teams to identify opportunities for integrated marketing campaigns.
- Track campaign performance and provide data-backed insights for optimization.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in managing large scale consumer campaigns.
- Understanding of consumer dynamics and experience utilizing research for actionable insights.
- Experience working with media and creative agencies.
- Proven ability to build collaborative partnerships across teams.
- Experience in consumer product categories such as technology and wearables.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience driving customer acquisition and revenue growth through media strategies.
- Experience with developing or emerging brands with multiple products.
- E-commerce and retail experience in consumer electronics.
