Compensation:
$137,000/year to $196,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Design, execute, and deliver custom Impact Assessments for the Oversight Board.
- Develop and maintain processes for tracking and reporting impact metrics.
- Identify and address gaps in data availability and implementation tracking.
- Support regulatory response efforts by ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
- Run readiness assessments for regulatory requests.
- Collaborate with Integrity, Policy, and Product teams on regulatory priorities.
- Host workshops and educational sessions for stakeholders.
- Provide support for Oversight Board and governance stakeholders.
- Communicate findings and risks to leadership and cross-functional teams.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in data development lifecycle.
- Experience building relationships with stakeholders across geographies.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Hands-on experience with SQL and data science tools (e.g., Python, R, Tableau).
Preferred Qualifications:
- BS, MS or MBA in a quantitative or policy/regulatory field.
- Experience in policy research and compliance.
- Strategy consulting experience.
