Overview:
As a designer in the Microsoft Calendar team, you will define product needs based on user insights, create design concepts, and optimize user experiences. You will work on integrating AI into design workflows.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver design solutions from concept through finished product.
- Advocate for design solutions considering business and user goals.
- Incorporate system thinking into design solutions.
- Collaborate with product management, engineers, and other designers.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and detailed mockups.
Qualifications:
Required: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field with 4-5 years of experience in product or service design, proficiency in Figma and After Effects, and experience with AI-assisted design tools.
