Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Xbox Marketing relationships with designated game developers and publishers in Asia Pacific, prioritizing key Japanese partners.
  • Cultivate high-value internal and external partner relationships to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Partner with stakeholders in global and regional Xbox marketing teams to align on strategy and execute business goals.
  • Deliver integrated campaigns to promote title and partner success across key metrics.
  • Manage special marketing projects to highlight Xbox platform priorities.
  • Execute global 3rd party games marketing best practices.
  • Work across time zones, leading or participating in virtual teams.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of product or partner marketing experience, particularly in the games industry.
  • Experience in developing and executing impactful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external partners.
  • Fluency in Japanese and English, especially in business and marketing terminology.
  • Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or communications preferred.
