This position is based in Tokyo, Japan.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee Xbox Marketing relationships with designated game developers and publishers in Asia Pacific, prioritizing key Japanese partners.
- Cultivate high-value internal and external partner relationships to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Partner with stakeholders in global and regional Xbox marketing teams to align on strategy and execute business goals.
- Deliver integrated campaigns to promote title and partner success across key metrics.
- Manage special marketing projects to highlight Xbox platform priorities.
- Execute global 3rd party games marketing best practices.
- Work across time zones, leading or participating in virtual teams.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of product or partner marketing experience, particularly in the games industry.
- Experience in developing and executing impactful marketing campaigns.
- Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external partners.
- Fluency in Japanese and English, especially in business and marketing terminology.
- Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or communications preferred.
