Responsibilities:
• Own, investigate and solve customer technical issues, collaborating within and across teams.
• Participate in building communities with peer delivery roles and share knowledge.
• Identify potential product defects and contribute to Microsoft product improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field AND 3+ years experience in IT consulting/support.
- 3+ years experience in a customer-facing role.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Azure Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.
Language proficiency:
- Korean: Native level
- English: Business level
