Principal Technical Program Manager - AI for Member Systems (AIMS)

Compensation:

$230,000 - $960,000/year

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with AIMS leadership to define vision and strategy for AI-driven member experiences.
  • Own planning cycles and drive execution across multiple AI initiatives.
  • Establish effective operating cadences and connect teams to align goals.
  • Coordinate with partner teams to integrate AIMS capabilities into member-facing experiences.
  • Guide AI initiatives from concept to launch, ensuring customer needs are met.
  • Support budgeting and resource allocation with data-driven insights.
  • Create clear narratives for senior leadership on AI's business impact.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years leading complex technical programs in product, engineering, or related fields.
  • 2–3+ years working with AI or GenAI initiatives.
  • Proven success in cross-functional collaboration and influence.
  • Experience in establishing operating rhythms for complex initiatives.
  • Outstanding communication skills for diverse audiences.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in AI-forward consumer technology companies.
  • Background in engineering or computer science.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles with a focus on stakeholder needs.
