Compensation:
$110,018 - $157,169 per year, plus equity.
Responsibilities:
- Develop data-driven strategies to drive the growth of Spotify users and subscribers, focusing on performance marketing.
- Refine attribution practices and define robust methods to measure marketing spend impact.
- Partner with advertising platforms to design and implement experiments.
- Build scalable data pipelines and dashboards to track marketing efficiency.
- Collaborate with business partners to guide strategic marketing decisions.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis using Python/R and SQL.
- Experience supporting marketing strategies and analyzing incrementality tests.
- Proven ability to build advanced models for optimizing paid media campaigns.
- Background in Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or related field.
