This role is based in New York with flexibility to work from home.

Compensation:

$110,018 - $157,169 per year, plus equity.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop data-driven strategies to drive the growth of Spotify users and subscribers, focusing on performance marketing.
  • Refine attribution practices and define robust methods to measure marketing spend impact.
  • Partner with advertising platforms to design and implement experiments.
  • Build scalable data pipelines and dashboards to track marketing efficiency.
  • Collaborate with business partners to guide strategic marketing decisions.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis using Python/R and SQL.
  • Experience supporting marketing strategies and analyzing incrementality tests.
  • Proven ability to build advanced models for optimizing paid media campaigns.
  • Background in Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or related field.
