Responsibilities:

  • Lead multi-region service campaigns from inception to closure.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment with various teams to define scope and risks.
  • Build dashboards and automated reporting pipelines for campaign visibility.
  • Conduct ROI modeling and cost-benefit analyses.
  • Establish governance structures and best practices.
  • Innovate on campaign processes using automation and AI/ML.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of technical program management or engineering leadership experience.
  • Strong operational rigor and resource allocation skills.
  • Hands-on data analysis skills (Excel, SQL, Python).
  • Proficiency with Jira/Confluence or equivalent tools.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with hardware programs.
  • Strong engineering foundation (EE/ME/Mechatronics/Manufacturing/Industrial preferred).
