Responsibilities:

  • Lead high-impact programs ensuring Tesla’s Energy and Charging products meet reliability, compliance, and serviceability requirements at scale.
  • Manage the development of processes, tools, and teams for the long-term health of the global Tesla Energy products portfolio.
  • Drive a sense of urgency and commitment within a cross-functional team, solving complex problems.
  • Track and communicate the progress of multiple concurrent projects to diverse audiences.
  • Own change management for Deployed Part Lifecycle and innovate processes to gather and implement feedback.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of technical program management or engineering leadership experience.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency with Jira/Confluence or equivalent program management tools.
  • Proven experience in process design and continuous improvement.
  • Strong operational rigor in resource allocation and risk management.
