Compensation:
$204,000 — $255,000 USD
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of engineers building routing and decisioning capabilities.
- Build and scale Skills Based Routing to improve customer satisfaction.
- Align team capabilities with company-wide initiatives.
- Raise technical quality through roadmap planning and design reviews.
- Partner with various teams to drive success metrics.
- Develop talent and team health through coaching and feedback.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of software engineering experience, including 4+ years in management.
- Experience with distributed systems and service-oriented architectures.
- Strong customer and product mindset with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to hire and retain strong talent.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with routing/matching systems and customer support tooling.
- Familiarity with data science/ML techniques.
