This position is US - Remote Eligible. You will lead a team to build software for database operations including deployment, cluster provisioning, and scaling.

Compensation:

$204,000 — $255,000/year

Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute a vision and roadmap for the control plane area.
  • Mentor engineers and manage their promotions.
  • Align with other teams on capabilities and technical designs.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of engineering management experience.
  • Experience with distributed databases and cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Excellent communication skills.
