Engineering Manager, Guest Displays and Platforms

This position is US - Remote Eligible, with occasional work at an Airbnb office.

Compensation:

$204,000 — $255,000 USD

Responsibilities:

• Work with product, design, and stakeholders to document requirements.
• Plan and deliver new features with engineering teams.
• Maintain system health and product quality.
• Establish vision for pricing architecture.
• Hire and coach engineering talent.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of engineering management experience.
• Deep expertise with backend systems in large-scale applications.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
