This position is US - Remote Eligible, with occasional office work as needed.

Compensation:

$204,000 — $255,000/year

Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute a vision for Airbnb’s cloud network infrastructure.
  • Attract and coach top engineering talent.
  • Ensure technical quality through design and code reviews.
  • Foster partnerships across engineering teams.
  • Engage with open source communities.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of engineering management experience.
  • 6+ years of software development experience.
  • Experience with public cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Familiarity with large scale networking systems.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
