Airbnb is seeking Field Sales Interns to join the EMEA Services team for a 6-month internship.

This role focuses on the acquisition of key hosts in Paris, Milan, or Barcelona.

  • Lead Generation: Identify potential leads sourcing through online research, community engagement and local networking.
  • Cold outreach: connect with potential hosts through mails, cold callings as well as in-person visits.
  • Sales Pitches: Deliver persuasive in-person conversations to showcase Airbnb Services.
  • Onboarding: Partner with cross-functional teams to facilitate the initial onboarding of new hosts.
