Growth Marketing Lead, Metasearch & Paid Social

United Kingdom

Found: June 16, 2026

The Growth Marketing team at Airbnb is at the intersection of marketing, engineering and data science. Our work is imperative to driving the top line of the entire company. As Growth Marketing Lead, Metasearch, you will play a critical role in managing and scaling our metasearch program across global markets.  Your work will be critical to driving growth in our community of guests and hosts, with a particular focus on global expansion and new products and services.

We are seeking a world-class performance marketer to own and scale Airbnb's metasearch and display programs globally. As part of the Growth Media team, you will manage strategic partnerships with premiere metasearch partners, develop and execute best-in-class programmatic and paid social strategies, and bring a deep technical fluency in feed-based marketing, bidding optimization, and experiment design. The role demands superb attention to detail, a strong analytical foundation, and a track record of driving measurable impact through scalable, biddable media. Success means maximizing the value of our digital media investments end-to-end — from channel strategy to execution to reporting — driving outsized growth for the global Airbnb brand and community.

This role is based remotely in the United Kingdom (with occasional in-person meetings in our London office).

Hey, I'm Stan

Software Developer & Creator of Top Jobs Today

I'm a software developer, and over time I realized I cared mostly about roles at big tech companies - not just whatever happened to show up on LinkedIn or generic job boards. But those sources weren't enough - some roles were delayed, or never posted at all.

So I built this website to solve that. It scrapes fresh job postings directly from official company sites, figures out what kind of roles they really are, and sends them as email alerts - simple, fast, and focused.

Hope it makes your search easier too. Wishing you the best of luck - and I'm really glad you're here!
