Manager, Engineering Operations APAC, BizTech

This role is based in Gurugram, India.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of Operations Engineers; set goals, coach, run on-call, and plan capacity for 24x7 coverage.
• Own operational execution, oversee ticket queues and SLAs; drive continuous improvement in MTTA/MTTR.
• Elevate observability and lead incident management in the region.
• Drive Shift Left and operational readiness initiatives.
• Manage budgets and vendors supporting operations initiatives.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in IT Operations engineering and support management.
• Proven expertise in complex corporate production environments, including observability and cloud technologies.
• Exceptional project management and interpersonal skills.
• Hands-on experience with automation and continuous delivery processes.
