Senior Backend Engineer, GraphQL

This position is remote eligible within the US, with occasional office work.

Compensation:

$191,000 — $225,000/year

Responsibilities:

• Drive partnerships with product teams to inform tooling roadmap and tackle scaling challenges.
• Define project requirements for improving reliability and performance.
• Support Viaduct developers and ensure daily code deployment to production.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in a relevant role, ideally with a developer platform.
• Expertise in GraphQL, Kotlin, and AI-enabled development flows preferred.
• Experience operating critical online backend services.
