Senior Backend Engineer, GraphQL

This position is US - Remote Eligible, with occasional work at an Airbnb office.

Compensation:

$191,000 — $225,000/year

Responsibilities:

• Drive partnerships with tenant product teams to inform tooling roadmap.
• Define project requirements for improving reliability and performance.
• Support Viaduct developers and ensure daily code deployment.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in a relevant role.
• Proficiency in working cross-team with product and infrastructure engineers.
• Expertise with GraphQL, Kotlin, and AI-enabled development flows preferred.
