This position is US - Remote Eligible.

Compensation:

$244,000 — $305,000 USD

Responsibilities:

  • Establish a high-performing engineering culture focused on technical excellence.
  • Partner with product leaders and stakeholders to align business priorities with technical strategy.
  • Drive agile development processes for high-quality outcomes.
  • Coach and mentor engineers, fostering continuous learning.
  • Shape and execute the ARC strategy for modernizing the support platform.
  • Manage and inspire a distributed team of engineers.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of engineering leadership experience, with 2+ years at a manager-of-managers level.
  • Expertise in large-scale backend systems or enterprise applications.
  • Experience with agile engineering processes.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to lead high-performing teams.
