Senior Program Manager, Design, International

This role is based in China with no visa and relocation support.

Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and budgeting of design programs, ensuring alignment across international and global teams.

Qualifications:

• BA/BS with 7+ years in Consulting, Program Management, or related fields.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and build strong relationships with business leaders.
• Experience in structuring and implementing initiatives at scale with design and product teams.
