Senior Program Manager Design

This position is remote eligible within the United States.

Compensation:

$129,000 — $152,000 USD

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and budgeting of design programs.
• Drive alignment of activities across teams through cross-functional planning and communication.
• Identify and mitigate risks to projects across multiple teams.
• Inspire and develop the Design Program Management team.

Requirements:

• BA/BS with 9+ years of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
