This position is US - Remote Eligible.

Compensation:

$195,000 — $220,000/year

Responsibilities:

  • Work cross-functionally with product, design, and engineering teams to develop products and features.
  • Lead the full development cycle: technical design, development, test automation, and launch.
  • Build efficient and reusable backend components while ensuring system performance and scalability.
  • Engage in Full-Stack development, including frontend web contributions.
  • Collaborate with Machine Learning and Generative AI Engineers to enhance Community Support systems.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of industry experience.
  • Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in back-end server languages (Java/Kotlin/C++).
  • Experience with AI-driven features and high-traffic products.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to mentor junior developers.
