This position is US - Remote Eligible.
Compensation:
$195,000 — $220,000/year
Responsibilities:
- Work cross-functionally with product, design, and engineering teams to develop products and features.
- Lead the full development cycle: technical design, development, test automation, and launch.
- Build efficient and reusable backend components while ensuring system performance and scalability.
- Engage in Full-Stack development, including frontend web contributions.
- Collaborate with Machine Learning and Generative AI Engineers to enhance Community Support systems.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of industry experience.
- Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in back-end server languages (Java/Kotlin/C++).
- Experience with AI-driven features and high-traffic products.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to mentor junior developers.
