Compensation:
$191,000 — $223,000 per year
Responsibilities:
- Develop backend systems and AI prompt solutions for customer service.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and backend systems.
- Lead the full development cycle including design, implementation, and deployment.
Requirements:
- 5-9 years of software development experience.
- Expertise in backend development and workflow optimization.
- Experience with AI/LLM-driven scenarios and prompt engineering.
Tech stack:
Service-oriented architectures, APIs, vector databases, orchestration frameworks.
