Compensation:

$191,000 — $223,000 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Develop backend systems and AI prompt solutions for customer service.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and backend systems.
  • Lead the full development cycle including design, implementation, and deployment.

Requirements:

  • 5-9 years of software development experience.
  • Expertise in backend development and workflow optimization.
  • Experience with AI/LLM-driven scenarios and prompt engineering.

Tech stack:

Service-oriented architectures, APIs, vector databases, orchestration frameworks.
