Senior Software Engineer, Guest Displays & Platform

This position is US - Remote Eligible.

Compensation:

$191,000 — $223,000 USD

Responsibilities:

• Develop new product features on Airbnb’s search and high-traffic surfaces.
• Collaborate with design, product, marketing, and data science teams.
• Prototype new features and iterate based on feedback.
• Advise stakeholders on technical scope and feasibility.
• Mentor junior team members.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in backend/full-stack development.
• Experience in Java and/or Kotlin within a microservice architecture.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
