Staff Android Automation Engineer

This role is based in Brazil.

Compensation:

R$35.333 — R$44.166 BRL/month

Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of a test automation strategy covering the entire testing pyramid.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure robust test coverage for features and releases.
• Contribute to improving existing automation frameworks.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
• Debug issues found during testing and after release.
• Drive collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

• 9+ years of industry experience in software testing and automation.
• Knowledge in programming languages like Kotlin or Java.
• Experience with automation frameworks (e.g., Espresso).
• Strong communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science/engineering or equivalent.
• Fluency in English is essential.
