Staff Data Scientist, Forecasting-Finance

This role is remote eligible within the United States.

Compensation:

$194,000 — $240,000 per year

Responsibilities:

• Design and operate forecasting systems for revenue drivers.
• Select and maintain forecasting approaches tailored to business needs.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather insights and share findings.
• Extract actionable insights from complex data sets.
• Improve forecasting infrastructure and processes.

Requirements:

• 9+ years of experience in a tech environment or a PhD with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Expertise in SQL, R, Python, and Stan.
• Experience with automated modeling workflows and performance monitoring.
• Ability to balance statistical rigor with business constraints.
