Staff Data Scientist, Listing Understanding

This position is US - Remote Eligible.

Compensation:

$194,000 — $240,000/year

Responsibilities:

• Develop a roadmap for investments in Computer Vision and multimodal listing understanding.
• Analyze the impact of photos on guest search and bookings.
• Prototype machine learning product features and collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams.
• Implement assessment frameworks for modeling improvements.

Requirements:

• 9+ years in applied Machine Learning, especially in Computer Vision.
• Expertise in causal inference and advanced degree in a related field.
• Proficient in Python or R, with familiarity in SQL.
• Experience with Tensorflow, PyTorch, Kubernetes, and Kafka.
