Compensation:
₹6,600,000 — ₹9,400,000 INR/year
Responsibilities:
- Design the future state of technical systems to meet product goals.
- Lead engineers in building technical solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop product and UX requirements.
- Mentor engineers and nurture a culture of technical quality.
- Identify solutions to enhance engineering excellence.
Requirements:
- 9+ years of software development experience.
- Proficiency in backend programming languages (e.g., Java, Python) and modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React).
- Experience with architectural patterns of large-scale web applications.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
Tech stack:
Java, Kotlin, Scala, Python, React, Angular, Vue.js.
