$66,900 - $143,100/year

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze customer, transactional, and market data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards tracking assortment performance.
  • Use customer segmentation and behavioral analytics to inform assortment strategies.
  • Design and measure test-and-learn experiments for assortment effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with Category Merchants and operational teams to align analytics with business goals.
  • Present insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in tax, finance, or related analytical fields.
  • 5+ years of Excel and data visualization tools experience.
  • 3+ years of business or financial analysis experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Experience with SQL and making business recommendations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with data visualization tools (like Tableau) and scripting languages (like R and Python).
  • Background in retail, grocery, or consumer packaged goods (CPG) industries.
