Business Analyst II, Financial Planning & Analysis, Shopbop

This role is based in Madison, WI or New York, NY.

Compensation:

$66,900/year up to $143,100/year

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain financial models for planning and forecasting.
• Create and analyze financial reports to track performance.
• Partner with business leaders for revenue forecasts and budgets.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide performance insights.
• Support strategic initiatives through financial modeling and ROI assessments.
• Analyze customer behavior and revenue trends.

Basic Qualifications:

• 3+ years in tax, finance, or a related analytical field.
• 5+ years of Excel and data visualization tools experience.
• 3+ years of business or financial analysis experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with IBM Cognos TM1/Planning Analytics.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
