This role is based in Hawthorne, CA.

Compensation:

$105,600 - $185,000/year

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end CMF development for hardware products from concept to mass production.
  • Develop and implement CMF strategies aligned with brand identity.
  • Conduct trend analysis and market research for color and material decisions.
  • Create and present CMF proposals to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams for manufacturing feasibility.
  • Drive material innovation and sustainability initiatives.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Industrial Design or CMF Design.
  • 5+ years of professional CMF design experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Keyshot.
  • Excellent color acuity and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in consumer electronics or smart home products.
  • Knowledge of sustainable materials and manufacturing practices.
