Creators Program Manager, Canada Creators Team

This role is based in Toronto, ON or Vancouver, BC.

Compensation:

$69,700/year up to $116,400/year

Responsibilities:

• Own and implement content and communications marketing plans.
• Drive go-to-market strategy and execution for new features.
• Manage product roadmap for Creators in Canada.
• Engage with internal stakeholders for operational support.
• Apply continuous improvement methodologies.

Basic Qualifications:

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• 5+ years of cross-functional collaboration with tech and non-tech teams.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and SQL.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in stakeholder management and process improvements.
• Strong communication skills with senior leadership.
