This role is based in Seattle, WA.

Compensation:

$118,900 - $205,600/year

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement data models and pipelines for talent development products.
  • Build and optimize large-scale data solutions.
  • Develop and maintain data quality monitoring systems.
  • Implement secure and scalable data storage solutions.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of data engineering experience.
  • Experience with data modeling, warehousing, and building ETL pipelines.
  • Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python, Java, Scala, or NodeJS).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with AWS technologies (Redshift, S3, AWS Glue, etc.).
  • Knowledge of software engineering best practices.
