Data Engineer, AWS People Analytics

This role is based in Seattle, WA.

Compensation:

$132,100 - $178,800/year

Responsibilities:

Develop automated data ingestion frameworks, design robust data pipelines, and integrate diverse data sources for HR analytics.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of data engineering experience
• Proficiency in Python, Java, Scala, or NodeJS
• Experience with data modeling and ETL pipelines

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with AWS technologies (Redshift, S3, Glue, etc.)
• Knowledge of non-relational databases
