This role is based in Bengaluru, KA, India.

Responsibilities:

The recruiter will be responsible for all levels of talent acquisition, recruiting, and recruitment programs. Key responsibilities include partnering with hiring teams, recruiting passive candidates, screening interviews, and providing a great candidate experience.

Basic Qualifications:

• Graduate from a reputable university
• 0-4 years of prior work experience
• Working knowledge of digital recruiting
• Ability to source Business/tech talent

Preferred Qualifications:

• Analytical skills to create and measure workflows
• Strong consulting skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
