Responsibilities:

  • Manage cross-functional project lifecycles across organizations and geographies.
  • Participate in engineering reviews and improve proposed solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to set priorities and drive schedules.
  • Lead execution of systems and automated equipment designs.
  • Provide project status updates and risk analyses to leadership.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or in process in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related STEM field.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Design/Innovation, research & development, or related work.
  • Experience leading large-scale programs/projects.
