Graduate Engineering Manager

This role is based in Werne, NW, Germany.

Responsibilities:

Manage cross-functional project lifecycles across organizations and geographies, ensuring delivery of objectives and targets. Actively participate in engineering reviews and collaborate with stakeholders to set priorities and drive schedules.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related STEM field
• Fluent in German and proficient in Microsoft Office suite

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in design/innovation, research & development, or industrial engineering
• Experience leading large-scale programs/projects
