Lead Fulfillment Associate , ICQA Data Analyst

This position is based in Hollister, CA.

Compensation:

$46,800 - $57,200/year

Responsibilities:

Work closely with ICQA and operations teams to provide data support, conduct root cause investigations, and ensure compliance with SOX requirements. Develop data collection processes, maintain data integrity, and present analysis in reports.

Basic Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk for up to 12 hours
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree
• 1+ year of leadership experience
• Experience in manufacturing/distribution/warehousing
• Proficient in Excel, SQL, Tableau, and Python
