What you'll do:

Work with Network Deployment and Vendor Management teams to integrate quality assurance into cable installation processes. Participate in reviews of training curriculums and cabling design documents, influence partner teams and cabling vendors to adopt quality assurance checklists, and verify that cable installations meet standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Support Quality Assurance programs for network cabling deployments.
  • Partner with Network Deployment teams to improve quality assurance checklists.
  • Drive cable vendor quality and provide performance metrics.
  • Organize training programs for internal and external teams.
  • Track project milestones and quality KPIs.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree in Telecommunications or related discipline.
  • 2+ years of experience in Inside Plant cabling installation in data center environments.
  • Experience managing quality across the project lifecycle.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of critical data center equipment.
  • Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
